Origami Stories

Origami is the Japanese Art of paper folding (from the Japanese words “ori”- “folding”, and “kami”/ or “gami”- “paper”). Traditional Origami dates back to early 17th century or the so called Edo period of the Japanese Culture and is still alive and even developing. There are a number of basic origami folds that can be skillfully combined in order to achieve a great variety of beautiful designs. Therefore Origami can be equally enjoyable both for beginners and advanced practitioners.

Practicing  Origami takes nothing but just a piece of paper, patience and imagination.

My origami creations, in accordance with the laws of nature, require the use of geometry, science, and physics. They also encompass religion, philosophy, and biochemistry. Overall, I want you to discover the joy of creation by your own hand. The possibility of creation from paper is infinite.
